Booking a dive trip involves significant financial and emotional investment. Users aren't just buying a product; they're committing to an experience that happens far from home.
Uncertainty Is the Enemy
Every unanswered question is a reason to hesitate. What if the weather is bad? What if I'm not experienced enough? What does 'all-inclusive' actually include?
Trust signals — certifications, verified reviews, clear cancellation policies, and transparent pricing — must be visible before the user feels the need to look for them.
